During his many years in the stressful world of high school and collegiate coaching and administration, John used tennis, a sport he had played since high school, as the perfect way to unwind and get exercise.  It’s no wonder then that, when he began looking for a “second career” to supply a much-needed service to the Lake Norman area, he turned to tennis.  After learning as much as possible about retail at a large sporting goods chain, John drew upon his business degree and his sales and recruiting abilities to open TENNIS...everyone! in June of 2006.  John continues to manage the day-to-day operation of the store, while wife Kay assists in the behind-the-scenes tasks of buying, merchandising, and marketing.
